Director: Malcolm La Fleur
The Ministerial Secretary is a key link in church’s organizational structure. The office serves as an adviser and counsellor to administrators in planning Workers’ Meetings, Ministerial Councils, Spiritual Retreats, Committees for Ordination of Pastors and more. He works as a counsellor to the workers in the field. He visits the worker in their homes and in their churches, taking time to discuss with them the complete programme of the church. He does not represent any particular department but is interested generally in the success of the programme of the pastors and of the churches. His principal task is helping the pastors, evangelist and Bible instructors to develop a more efficient and fruitful ministry.
The Ministerial Secretary will work under the direct supervision of the President. He will also maintain close and cordial relations with the ministerial secretary of the higher organization.
