The Personal Ministries Department is committed to the theme “Seeking the Lost in a Changing World.” As such the department personnel have shared their mission, vision and values as follows:

Vision – A Highly trained, motivated and spirit-filled laity, responding to the challenges of evangelizing Guyana in a changing world.

Mission – Moving the Seventh-day Adventist laity and clergy into diverse facets of witnessing so that Guyanese of all races will be grafted into the Kingdom of God.

Values –The department seeks to advocate as it preferred values: Integrity, Training, Collaboration, Mentorship, Relationship, Openness and Availability, Future Visioning, Personal Development, Spiritual Formation, Compassion and Hope, Love, Confidentiality
